Impermeable Membranes - Shoebox Kits

Our pre-fabricated shoeboxes are the perfect products for use in wrapping soakaway crates in order to create geocellular attenuation tanks. The impermeable shoeboxes come in two fabricated pieces, the base (with sides) and top making installation quick and easy.

About our Shoebox Design Kits

The Landflex AS which is used in our shoebox designed attenuation kits is a synthetic membrane of plasticised PVC with a layer of polyester fabric inserted for dimensional stability. It is resistant to weathering and ultraviolet rays as well as being puncture-resistant, rotproof and allowing no dimensional shrinkage, the material is adaptable to structural movements and remains flexible to low temperatures.

Installing your membrane

With our shoebox kits, installation of your membrane is quick and easy. Simply lay your base fabric in your excavation before installing your crates. You can then add the top layer taping the sides to ensure it retains water.
