This bungalow, located in the beautiful countryside of Kent amongst picturesque villages, had a refurbishment in late 2016. The project utilised multiple ranges of FloPlast’s PVC roofline products; including black half round guttering, white fascias and soffits. White is the most popular colour in our fascia & soffits range, and it comes with a longer guarantee compared to it’s woodgrain coloured counterparts. As you can see this looks great and compliments the white PVC window frames already on the property.
As well as fascia, this project also required some guttering and the builders on the property decided to go with our black half round guttering. Black half round is the most popular choice when it comes to a PVC guttering system as the colour works against almost any building colour that it’s being installed on, this project is an example of it against the red/brown brick style exterior. All products used in this project were easy to install thanks to FloPlast’s manufacturing methods.
